Architect the overall strategy and vision for recruiting within the United States. Manage full-cycle recruitment across all levels, including campus, lateral and senior level hires, including sourcing, recruiting, negotiating and closing of candidates while delivering the highest quality candidate experience. Partner closely with the hiring managers to assess organizational needs and develop thoughtful and innovative direct sourcing, pipelining, referral, social media, networking, agency and campus strategies. Responsible for innovative sourcing strategies to find top talent.  Full-lifecycle recruiting includes setting sourcing strategy, reviewing resumes, crafting the selection process, interviewing candidates and managing the offer and sell process. Build, manage and strengthen relationships with external recruiting agencies. Use data to drive decision making in process.  Provide consistent reporting on recruiting activity and metrics. Stay “ahead of the curve” on emerging trends in the market and the latest creative recruiting channels particularly among IMC’s competitors for talent in trading and technology.  Play an active role in the branding and marketing of the IMC brand. Proven experience leading and managing product and tool rollouts for our sales teams. Analytical skills, organization, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once are a must. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a pivotal role supporting our developers create a first to market software product for serving hundreds of thousands of e-commerce businesses across the country. You will partner closely across the technology, product and operations teams to develop testing and best practices that allow our software to function flawlessly.
