The BI Manager collaborates across all levels – from the C-Suite to the operational levels to define and understand data and reporting needs and propose BI, Data and Reporting services and solutions. You will oversee the design, developments and delivery of attractive and easy to use reports, dashboards and self-service BI and analytics capabilities. In addition, the Business Intelligence Manager serves as the Manager for BI programming staff and BI analysts within the team. Account partners leverage problem-solving skills and technical interest to help support our nationwide clients in their critical initiatives.  The role requires becoming an expert in our application and working closely with our clients to help ensure Syndigo is helping our clients drive their organizations' strategic initiatives.  By conducting consistent and meaningful conversations to enhance client engagement, account partners engage applicable teams within our client base. Account partners work directly with an assigned account executive to ensure retention of clients through strategic utilization of our solution.

Compare existing information to determine if it is necessary to reprocess an existing product. Identify the service type, product brand, product manufacturer, image views, special instructions and custom categories required using the Reference Database. Verify that the product count matches what the dock shows as being received. Communicate to Customer Service team and your manager when an item is missing or damaged. Maintain a neat and organized work area. Apply return slips to all boxes that are to be returned to the client. Work closely with photography team to ensure items are processed correctly. The primary responsibility will be to proactively own the relationship between our outsourced help desk vendor and GTI. You will also be responsible for partnering with various business units in the delivery of IT related projects for our corporate and field locations. The IT Manager will ensure timeliness, quality of support, assist with technical project management and strategy, be an escalation point and look for opportunities to improve the business. Manage, maintain and monitor the global internal & external (cloud) systems and infrastructure. Design and deploy systems for 70+ manufacturing and retail locations. Create infrastructure documentation and keep it up to date on our team wiki. Automate everyday IT help-desk and system administration tasks such as patching, support, software installation, etc. Work closely with the department head to design, build, test, and then deploy our systems. Manage your own IT projects and take full ownership. Sync your activities and share your experience with a diverse team. Provide different training to application users and managers.

The Data Scientist will be responsible for understanding industry trends in both analytical methods and data augmentation to drive positive shifts in customer behavior for our clients. A successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record in applied analytic modeling, machine learning and algorithms. A candidate will have an edge if they are able to show examples of analytic initiatives in their career tenure. Overall, the position requires extensive ability to plan, develop and execute advanced analytic methods across a multitude of leading brands with large analytic databases. Furthermore, outstanding written and verbal communication, creative problem solving and ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deliverables is required.
