      Insurance Account Executive 

       

      We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born sales person with a desire to make a difference in people’s lives. As an Insurance Account Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Guaranteed Rate Insurance in accordance to established sales procedures and in pursuit of the Company’s goals. The Insurance Account Executive will be responsible for building a client base by adding new clients, new lines of coverage, and growing current clients.  The Insurance Account Executiveis an effective negotiator, presenter, motivator, and relationship builder.

       

       

       

      In this position you will

       

       

      Assess the customer needs and advise clients and prospective clients on insurance coverage and protection options

      Provide quotations, pricing, and required information to clients and prospective clients and complete the sales process for each customer

      Creates presentations to clients and prospective clients that demonstrate our company’s unique approach and culture, our expertise and service

      Understands each client’s decision process, the people involved, the business’ goals, and how we can meet their expectations

      Uncovers opportunities to add new product and coverage lines and to cross-sell clients

      Develop and maintain relationships with business partners

      Negotiates skillfully with clients, both internal and external partners

      Develop comprehensive product knowledge to offer multiple insurance option

       

      Preferred Qualifications

      Two-years prior Insurance Sales experience(Insurance Experience a must)

      Licensed in Property and Casualty

      Demonstrate good decision-making skills and assertiveness

      Ability to effectively interact, engage and communicate with internal and external partners

      Able to act with a sense of urgency and set deadlines 

      The ability to work individually and within a team concept in a fun, fast-paced environment

      Proficient of Microsoft Office products
