Serve as the link between the product team and the development team. Utilize standups and other techniques to identify impediments, remove them, and improve the team’s ability to deliver quality software. Ensure that the software development process is used as intended, and increases team efficiency and business value. Schedule and facilitate planning sessions, demonstrations and retrospectives, and ensure the team gets value of ceremonies. Build release and iteration plans, while keeping the team focused on current development cycle. Report on the health status of the development cycle, iteration, and sprint.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field and one (1) year working directly within an Agile IT product management environment. Experience must include: working within an Agile software development lifecycle; development or development management of web-based software-as-a-service; scheduling Kanban and/or Scrum workflows; IT project management; leading software retrospectives.
