 Description:

As a Client Solutions Manager you are responsible for the delivery and on-going success of your client’s products on the BenchPrep platform. You will work closely with clients to understand their goals through effective communication, abstract requirements gathering, and collaborative roadmapping.  

You will analyze business requirements, provide product solutions & recommendations, and translate decisions into an impactful product that serves our clients and their end users.

Our ideal candidate is a fast learner, able to quickly grasp complex requests and craft creative approaches, and communicate gracefully and effectively with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate requests, designs, and technical research to create well-defined, well-documented and prioritized requirements

  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to prioritize the roadmap and champion the features which will provide the most internal and external value

  • Manage a portfolio of clients in different lifecycles

  • Stay well-informed about our clients’ business initiatives to conceptualize features that achieve their objectives

  • Translate and communicate project requirements to internal teams

  • Maintain an open and honest line of communication with clients

  • Participate in testing for quality assurance and user acceptance

  • Provide product strategy and ownership to the BenchPrep team and your clients

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis and requirements gathering for a tech product

  • 3+ years in a client facing role

  • 3+ years of product management or product consultant experience at a SaaS company

 

An ideal candidate will posses the following qualities:

 

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Understands and can create tangible clarity around abstract ideas

  • Has strong business writing skills and presentation skills

  • Communicates exceptionally well in phone calls and through email

  • Has proven organizational skills and attention to detail while retaining big picture goals

  • Comfortable working across internal teams (developers, designers, instructional designers, solutions managers etc)

  • Is willing to challenge certain feature sets or ideas in a positive and collaborative manner

  • Has a track record of successful delivery of medium and large scale software development projects to production
