We currently operate over 720 public kiosks in over 200 cities in 42 states. We are growing rapidly and we're looking for excellent people to join our small team of ten in our River North, Chicago headquarters.

Responsibilities of the Role
→ Troubleshoot disconnected printers in over 700+ public locations
→ Dispatch and oversee local technicians to solve issues that require on-site service
→ Respond to Tier II automated tickets that come into our workflow system
→ Implement ad-hoc IT projects when requested
