Marketing Manager - Customer Experience

The Marketing Manager-Customer Experience works within our Marketing & Creative Services Division - specifically, the Loyalty Marketing Team. This team is responsible for marketing related to the existing customer base for Peapod. The Marketing Manager works cross-functionally mainly with various internal teams including Commercial Marketing, Operations, Transportation, Web Development, Creative Services, IT, Finance, and other areas of the enterprise.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • The Marketing Manager is the key contact for Operations & SmartMile on service model and Ops-led initiatives
  • Partners with Marketing Analytics to gauge customer response potential impact of for service model needs and changes (leveling volume, banding, unattended, HSC, order cut-off)
  • Develops business case for new service needs and experiences (e.g. standing order) secures prioritization on roadmap
  • Partners with Product Owner to deliver roadmap
  • Partner with Analytics Team on requests related to various Loyalty Marketing programs
  • Coordinates cross-functionally to accomplish assigned tasks. Interacts with team members and peers and may interact externally depending on the assigned tasks

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community and with vendors
  • Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates
  • Experience with project management (for example: planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives)
  • Experience working in the digital space
  • Knowledge of P&L
  • Willingness to work from the Skokie and Chicago office locations

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years of experience in Marketing or eCommerce
  • Willing to travel up to 5% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state)
