eCommerce Marketing Manager, Consumer

eCommerce Marketing Manager, Consumer: As a digitally native brand, RXBAR is pioneering how food brands utilize eCommerce to build direct relationships with their consumers. The eCommerce Marketing Manager, Consumer is responsible for developing programs that utilize our website to acquire, reward and engage RXBAR consumers. The ideal candidate is a strategic, creative thinker who collaborates well with others and has a track record for driving measurable outcomes.

General Functions & Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

  • Provide guidance and leadership across the B2C cross-functional leadership team
  • Lead and develop a Marketing Associate responsible for coordinating fulfillment of marketing programs

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative, engaging online programs to bolster and promote product innovations and news
  • Build, analyze and maintain RX’s catalogue of online-exclusive products designed to engage customers
  • Establish quarterly web promotion calendars in partnership with Commercialization team
  • In partnership with Media team, develop goals and strategies for customer acquisition
  • Use segmentation and behavioral data to personalize and optimize each customer’s online experience
  • Devise cross-selling and up-selling strategies and work with eCommerce Solutions team to implement
  • Lead and analyze creative and promotional tests across our website and email programs in concert with Email Marketing Specialist and Web Analyst
  • Optimize the end-to-end customer experience to ensure reflection of our brand and values across every touchpoint of the online order process
  • Remain abreast of new technologies and trends in the eCommerce space and work with eCommerce Solutions Manager to evaluate them for implementation 

Communication & Collaboration:

  • Support eCommerce Sr. Manager in establishing and communicating vision for B2C eCommerce
  • Exchange programming plan and post-launch learnings with B2B Marketing Manager to gain efficiencies and develop best practices
  • In partnership with Marketing Associate, proactively communicate programming to Supply Chain partners to ensure smooth fulfillment
  • Share programming with Service & Experience team to ensure they can properly field consumer feedback
  • Collaborate with eCommerce Solutions Manager to develop B2C site roadmap that aligns with strategic vision for the channel
  • Gain alignment with Communications, Masterbrand, and B2B Marketing to amplify key initiatives and campaigns

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Positive attitude, a thirst for knowledge, and an excitement for growing our business
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • 6-8 years of related experience
  • Prior experience leading teams preferred
  • Understanding of eCommerce merchandising
  • Self-starter who is extremely result and detail-oriented
  • Skilled at presenting ideas clearly and listening effectively
  • Passion for creativity
  • Desire to excel and grow with the organization
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with multiple teams
  • Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
