About the position
Showpad’s Legal Intern will be active members of Showpad’s legal team. The internship will provide practical experience working closely with attorneys and other internal teams in an in-house legal department. This is an excellent opportunity for those interested in technology transactions, privacy law, and contract negotiation.
Key responsibilities as a Legal Intern at Showpad
•Collaborate with legal team on contract review, including non-disclosure, sales, and vendor agreements
•Support ongoing data entry projects, and learn the fundamentals of legal operations software including SalesForce
•Participate in meetings with legal and other internal teams
Skills and Qualifications we are looking for
•Currently enrolled in an accredited law school (may consider exceptional undergraduate student with interest in pursuing law)
•Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills
•A results driven personality
•A proven track record of achieving measurable goals
•The ability to be a self starter in a fast paced environment
•Excellent time-management and prioritizing abilities
