Partner with key leaders in the Learning and Development organization and audience stakeholders to facilitate the development and delivery of best-in-class interactive learning modules to drive both internal and external customer effectiveness. Evaluate the effectiveness of learning content and programs, and collaborate with the business partners and learning and development leaders on identifying content gaps and/or opportunities for future improvements.
Lead and participate in the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of high quality learning content and learning programs including analysis of business needs, solution recommendation, design, development, implementation and evaluation/follow-up
Lead proactive, human capital management (HCM) go-to-market strategies and roll-outs
Ability to identify HCM trends
Partner with internal shared service teams in the determination of learning objectives and appropriate modalities for optimum training
Manage standard operating procedures to ensure consistent development, and delivery of all training programs
Incorporate current and emerging learning technology that allow for live and remote audiences
Manage projects for on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality deliverables
Continually develop knowledge and application of adult learning theory in the learning field, and stay current with new industry trends
Establish metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs
Create a collaborative and innovative environment
Establish and achieve fiscal year goals for the learning and development team
Management responsibilities include employee development, hiring, and training; planning, assigning, and directing work; performance management and coaching
Duties may include managing shared services for internal learning and development teams
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in corporate communication, marketing, HR, training and development emphasis
At least 3+ years managing or leading a team
At least 7+ years training experience
HR/HCM experience strongly preferred
Proven go-to-market experience and strategy roll-outs required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Expert knowledge and experience with various assessment types and systems
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels in the organization
Experience leading remote workforce preferred
Prior interviewing and staffing experience preferred
