What makes someone successful on your team?

To me, what makes individuals on my team successful is a recognition that there is always something new to learn and always more room for growth. An open, honest desire to not only learn from your teammates' expertise, but also to share your own, is a huge part of what makes a teammate at Solstice successful.

As a digital innovation firm, creativity is in our DNA. We hold an annual 24-hour innovation blitz to harness the creativity of our employees.
