Payroll Account Executive
Hireology is seeking a Payroll Account Executive to join our fast-paced, growing company. This newly created role will be crucial to the success of our recently launched payroll product. We are seeking someone to bring expertise on the complexities of the payroll sales process and value proposition to new and current customers.

- Building prospecting lists
- Calling on existing and potential customers to develop payroll partnerships and establish leads
- Setting appointments and running payroll product demonstrations
- Qualifying opportunities within target clients
- Maintaining and managing a sales pipeline of new opportunities to attain or exceed assigned sales quota
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including but not limited to: Customer Success, Marketing, and Product Management
- Up to 50% travel potential
- Pathological optimism and a can't-lose attitude, with a healthy dose of reality thrown in
- A bachelor's degree
- Effective communicator with strong business acumen
- 3+ year of sales experience specifically in the Payroll vertical
- Demonstrated cold calling sales ability, with assertive, positive and persistent style
- Track record of success within the payroll industry
