- Calculate semi-monthly commission/incentives based on compensation plan provisions.
- Review commission payment reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Engage with employees to research and accurately resolve commission, bonus payment, and other payroll related inquiries.
- Validate and input approved compensation agreements into relevant systems.
- Special projects as needed.
- Accounting degree required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
- Innovative problem solver with strong analytical and decision making skills
- Detail oriented, Self-starter, & Quick learner
- Ability to work in a team or individually
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and work under pressure
- Proficiency in communicating via email and phone necessary
