Over the next year our growing user experience team needs help taking the next steps in evolving processes, approach, and team capabilities. At the same time, we will also need to balance keeping current features moving forward with hands-on execution. You will be instrumental in both efforts; directly working on critical tasks, while helping the business take advantage of user-focused design processes on our complex and flexible enterprise platforms.
Working as a Experience Lead, you will be hands-on with the core UX Team that does all research, design, and implementation support. With your prior experience working on enterprise software, you will help with system-level thinking and awareness, while keeping an eye on the details. We will also need your experience in clearly articulating design decisions with stakeholders and development teams. This also applies to crafting and maintaining strong documentation. As part of that effort, you will help evolve the living style guides and design systems.
You will not be in this effort alone. By using prior leadership experience, you will also help to establish a stronger coaching and mentoring approach with junior design staff, who will help round out strategic efforts and practical tasks.
