Whether you’re bootstrapping or investment-backed, pre-revenue or turning a profit, just started up or have been operating for years, there are steps you need to take to stay on top of your finances, maintain compliance, and establish or maintain a strong foundation. In this workshop, we’ll cover how to implement an accounting system that will grow with your company, creating an effective payment collection process, staying on top of your tax obligations, financial statements, and more.  Workshop will be led by Rowan Richards of Accion, a nonprofit small business lender.
