Support managers to assess, coach and develop talent and drive annual performance reviews and internal career development initiatives.
Assist in the design of a competitive benefit package and help to execute the company’s compensation philosophy.
Ensure programs, policies, and procedures comply with key federal, state, local laws, and regulation.
