How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?
Work-life balance at Community Brands is a priority for productivity! While teams that work off hours (tech support and event staff) have balance time to make up for the evenings and weekends, time management and blocking off time for yourself is a must.
How do you collaborate with other teams in the company?
Cross-department meeting and collaboration is SO important to us because we all come to work with a common goal. We have strategy meetings at a high level, but also have open communication through our internal chat channels where teams bounce ideas off each other. Video chat is a must with our other offices!

The software team at Community Brands does not believe in being shackled to our computers. We all regularly work events to get firsthand experience of our product in action. This informs our work in every way, from tiny enhancements that improve the donor experience, to big initiatives that deliver innovative solutions to our clients.

What’s the vibe like in the office?
Working at Community Brands taught me that not all 9-5 jobs have to be boring! The office vibe is overall relaxed and collaborative. Different teams constantly interact with one another to work on a variety of projects which makes the environment fun, but still professional!
