LearnCore is looking for a VP of Marketing to plan, build and optimize our B2B marketing strategy. This is a terrific opportunity to build the marketing organization at LearnCore and make a huge impact on the future of a high growth SaaS company. This person will need to have an understanding not only for building and executing the marketing strategy, but also for leading and building the marketing team.

Using digital and traditional media, you will be responsible for leading a team and executing an effective marketing strategy with the goal to increase inbound interest and creating a leading brand. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in an agile, fast and innovative environment where tracking and analytics is crucial.  


  • Responsible for the strategy, execution, analysis, and on-going optimization of LearnCore’s online marketing presence.
  • Provide leadership and oversight of the B2B Marketing team, developing the strategic and operational framework to ensure ongoing success and company growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with company executives to provide strategic guidance, insight and knowledge about market trends, consumer attitudes, competitors and the effectiveness of the marketing strategy.
  • Forecast and manage inbound marketing activities to develop new customer acquisition programs which will achieve specific market share and revenue objectives.
  • Leverage marketing campaigns to create value for prospects; provide reporting to validate lead generation efforts.
  • Executing on regional marketing events with our target audience for lead generation and relationship building.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Recognized team player with strong leadership skills, comfortable working in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Manage internal & external marketing resources through developing key metrics for evaluating success and championing top performance. 



    • Undergraduate degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing; Graduate degree a plus.
    • 10+ years related experience in a B2B digital marketing role
    • Experience implementing B2B inbound (pull) marketing strategies; SaaS experience preferred 
    • Deep experience in all demand gen channels including SEM, SEO, Email, Content Syndication, Lifecycle marketing and Webinars.
    • Experience in campaign development, with proven results.
    • Clear knowledge and experience of marketing/sales metrics. Know how to track and how to improve them.
    • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
    • Proven track record of building, developing and managing marketing teams.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to foster cross-functional teamwork between sales, marketing, and development
    • Technical knowledge: Hubspot, Salesforce and Wordpress


      LearnCore helps organizations scale informal learning and knowledge through three modules: Learn, Test, and Pitch IQ. Focusing on simplicity, user experience, and interactivity, users consume content (Learn), assess their knowledge (Test), and improve skills by recording, reviewing peers, and manager ratings (Pitch IQ). LearnCore has seen significant traction helping large sales organizations, such as CDW, AOL, and C.H. Robinson efficiently achieve their training, performance improvement, and knowledge sharing goals.
