Director of Talent Acquisition at HealthiPASS

Position details: HealthiPASS is looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition to help facilitate our rapid growth. The Director of Talent Acquisition will own the development and execution of a strategic talent acquisition roadmap for the organization. You must be passionate and possess the ability to look holistically at the business strategy, thrive in a fast paced start-up culture, and conduct needs assessments to conceptualize a plan that delivers a consistent recruitment and hiring approach that provides exceptional top talent to our growing team trying to transform healthcare.

This is a HANDS ON role with direct responsibility through the entire recruiting process. That means you’ll be leading every aspect of the recruiting process, from pre-screening candidates and coordinating the interview process, through selecting candidates, and ensuring employment adjustment through on-boarding and integration. This position will partner with the Founder/CEO and executive leadership team to help shape the future of HealthiPASS and our mission.

Primary responsibilities:

- Work with leadership team to understanding hiring needs and develop/execute sourcing and recruiting plans.

- Help source, aggregate and assess top candidates for all HealthiPASS openings

- Manage full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

- Maintain applicant data reports and performance metrics.

- Screen, respond to, schedule and help interview qualified applicants

- Drive offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates, and generating offer letters.


- BA / BS degree or higher

- 4+ years of sourcing and recruiting experience in technology preferred

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on tact and attention to detail

- Knowledge of best practices for using social media, grassroots and novel recruiting channels

- Familiarity with a wide range of recruiting policies, practices, and trends

Nice to Have

- In-house recruiting experience at a healthcare / technology company

- Experience successfully recruiting technical and non-technical candidates

- Experience working with startups in a rapid growth phase preferred

- A passion for HealthiPASS and the ability to speak to candidates in all disciplines from technology to sales to customer success.
